Why select a travel package? We at Native Trails pride ourselves in offering complete service to our guests who select one of our assembled travel packages or one customized to your desires. You simply pack your bags and meet our representative at your arranged arrival point. We take it from there with reliable transfers, comfortable rooms and included or selected excursions and meals. The most difficult thing you have to do is select souvenirs and figure out a lunch or two.
And if your program is inturrupted because of weather or train delays, we will re-schedule your program and help get you back on track. Our network of contacts and local representatives assure you that you're not on your own while you travel with us. With over 14 years of assisting our guests with their adventures through the remote Copper Canyons, we have established ourselves on a solid reputation of exceptional service. NT-1A West to East Package
Day 1 : Arrive Los Mochis Airport, met by representative with transfer via taxi to El Fuerte, check-in to the lovely boutique Hotel Torres del Fuerte.
(This is our most recommended package for a quidk but complete pass through the area).
Day 2 : Transfer to train for 7:30 a.m. service to Bahuichivo. Transfer to hotel, check-in Hotel Paraiso del Oso(***). Short hike around area available. [meals: breakfast / dinner]
Day 3 : Morning tour to rim of Barranca Urique and town of Cerocahui with visit to Tarahumara cave on return to hotel. May upgrade to half-day horse ride to rim with van back or van day trip to town of Urique at bottom of canyon (ask for details). [meals: breakfast / lunch / dinner]
Day 4 : Transfer to Bahuichivo for train to Posada Barrancas, tranfer from the train to the hotel and check-in Mansion Tarahumara(***). Afternoon open to relax or explore around. [meals: breakfast / dinner]
Day 5 : Morning tour of the Three Canyons vistas including the Divisadero area. Afternoon open for optional activity or relaxation. [meals: breakfast / lunch / dinner]
Day 6 : Afternoon train to Chihuahua. Met by representative and transferred to Holiday Inn Suites(*****). [meals: breakfast / lunch]
Day 7 : City tour of Chihuahua with transfer to airport or bus terminal for homeward departure. [meals: breakfast]

NT-1B East to West Package
Day 1 : Arrive Chihuahua, met by representative and transferred to Holiday Inn Suites(*****). Afternoon tour of city.

Day 2 : Transfer to train at 5:20 a.m. for 6 a.m. service to Posada Barrancas, transfer to hotel and check-in Mansion Tarahumara (***). Afternoon open for relaxing or exploration of the area. [meals: lunch /dinner]
Day 3 : Morning tour of the Three Canyons vistas including the Divisadero area. Afternoon open for optional activity or relaxation. [meals: breakfast / lunch / dinner]

ALL prices per person (or per family for Family Package) based on occupancy of one room as specified, in concurrence with hotel policies for occupancy. Hotels in Mexico usually do not supply roll away bed, triples must share room as is.
Rates do not include transportation into nor out of Mexico except where specifically stated. Otherwise transportation may be arranged at an additional cost. Exact cost must be determined at time of booking.
Copper Canyon Packages include all hotel transfers; excursions as described; accommodations as described; some meals as stated and 1st class train service.
Not included: transportation into or out of Mexico nor any transportation not mentioned; tips; baggage handling; meals except as stated; personal expenses and any other item not specified in itinerary.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL TRAVEL PACKAGES
(the fine print)
Entry into Guatemala requires a valid passport. An exit fee must be paid upon leaving the country.
Deposit and Payment: A 20% deposit on the total is required, due within 7 (seven) days of phone or electronic confirmation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be handled in the following manner:
Comparable accommodations may be substituted should primary hotel be booked.
Responsibility: Native Trails LLC, El Paso, Texas, acts only as Agents for the various owners, operators and contractors providing means of transportation and/or other services. All tickets or vouchers are issued and provided herein subject to any and all of the terms and conditions under which said ticket or voucher are offered and provided The issuance and acceptance thereof shall be deemed a consent to further conditions that neither Native Trails LLC, El Paso, Texas, nor any of its officers, agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever in connection with such means of transportation, conveyance and/or other services connected to these tours or travel packages; or any delay, any damage or expense or inconvenience caused by late or delayed flights or ground transport or change of flight or ground transport schedule due to weather, strike or any other reason man made or natural, additional expense, loss or injury or damage to or arising, and the purchaser releases and absolves Native Trails LLC, El Paso, Texas, its officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for property loss or damage, howsoever caused, and /or from any and all damages resulting from injuries or expiration, including loss of services, which may be sustained on account of, arising out of or while engaged on said trip, surface transportation, air transportation, inn, common carrier or other services incidental to said trip or elements thereof. It is further understood that the transportation ticket or passenger contract when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the carrier concerned.
Entry into Mexico requires a valid passport or Birth Certificate and photo ID. Children under 18 must be accompanied by both parents or notarized letter of permission from absent parent. Consult area Mexican Consulate for details. New entry feeof about $16 now applies to all tourist.
- 45 days or more prior to departure, all payments less $25.00 per person will be refunded
- 21 to 44 days prior to departure, all payments less 20% deposit will be refunded
- less than 21 days subject to any charges or penalties levied by hotels or transportation suppliers in addition to 20% deposit.
- no refund on any unused portion of trip once travel has begun.
